Comprehensive Legal Billing
The WinJur invoicing feature is a powerful tool for law offices - both large and small. In addition to hourly billing, WinJur invoicing supports fixed fees, advance and partial payments, trust accounts, and multiple currencies.
Furthermore, our invoicing system lets you save certain client-specific settings. Namely, rates, currency, invoice template, VAT rate and more.
Finally, Invoices are generated in Word, providing full flexibility with any document editing.
Overview of services and Bulk invoicing
WinJur invoicing gives you a full overview of all open (i.e. not invoiced) items over a defined period. You can view both chargeable and pro bono items (or filter out either). Once you are ready, you can use the Bulk invoicing feature, which produces invoices for all clients with open items in any given period.
Trust Accounting
With this feature, you can manage funds that have been conferred to you by your clients. Trust accounts list all the deposits to, and payments from, the account, and maintain a full transaction history. You can use the funds for project expenses, as well as advance or full invoice payments for your services.
Payments
You can record payments against your issued invoices in WinJur. With WinJur’s ISO 20022 Extension, it is possible to import payments from files that you receive from your local bank, regarding your bank account movements, and record them in WinJur against your invoices.
