With WinJur automation, you can generate new e-mails and documents from templates, and use your WinJur contact base to add details. Create new templates easily from existing e-mails and documents. WinJur also uses your locally-stored data to create a finalized document. WinJur’s Document Automation feature works with MS Word files, as well as MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Creating templates from existing documents and e-mails
With WinJur, you can seamlessly create templates from documents that you have in your folders. Simply anonymize the text, insert placeholders for text variables, and save it for unlimited use!
Similarly, you can either make e-mail templates from scratch, or use sent/received e-mails as a starting point. After you complete the text, simply save it for future use.
Document and e-mail Management
